Payment policy

• Payment clarification is mandatory before getting any of our services.
• Many DW services like consultancy services in which the client has to pay full payment.
• In case of a change in rate, we will inform you in advance.
• Please pay before taking services. We take payments in cash, online UPI Transfer, and etc.
• Cheques are not acceptable.
• We accept: – PAYTM, G PAY, PHONE PE, CASH, AMAZON PAY, etc.
• Once the service is confirmed, the client will not be able to claim any amount.
• You must have your original documents at the time of taking the service.

Door to door services payment method

• The client will need to pay the stamp duty charges and 50% of service charges in advance and the remaining 50% will be charged during the delivery of documents.
• Advance payment is mandatory in door-to-door services.
• The client has to send us the receipt of the advance payment made by you.
• In case of the payment due, we will not provide any services.
• Door-to-door services are non-refundable.
• Our door-to-door service will have to come somewhere close to the location of the client, which is acceptable to them.
• If the client location is not confirmed then the service can be redirected.
• In many DW services, if we are not being able to access the client’s address due to a time problem, then the client will have to come to the location given by DW.

At our place (office) services payment method

• To avail of this service, you need to call or mail us and get an appointment.
• The client is required to make a payment before taking the service.
• We accept: – PAYTM, G PAY, PHONE PE, CASH, AMAZON PAY, etc.
• Our rates are fixed for our all services.

Online services payment method

• The payment for this kind of service is non-refundable.
• The client will have to pay the Government fees in advance, before taking our service.
• The client will have to pay for the service as soon as this confirmation is done. (from DW side – Here DW is confirming party)
• In case of the payment due, we will not provide any services.
• The client must send us a copy of the payment receipt.

Privacy Policy

• Video taken by DW is kept in our data for 6 months after which it is deleted.
• We mailed the video taken by DW to the client.
• We do not in any way misuse the documents we have taken.
• The benefits of our new service, as well as new updates, will be provided by us on the mail and phone number taken from the customer.

Consultancy services

• A company that gives expert advice on a particular subject.
• Some of our consultancy services our expert advice that client is paid to provide on a particular subject.
• Our consultancy charges are fixed and they are only (50.Rs per minutes)
• Our team of experts gives enough time to solve the problems and the advice for clients.
• In case if the client needs any special advice at their doorsteps then we do provide specialists/professionals for such services.
• Scheduled time is given to complete the service we provide.
• You must have your original documents at the time of taking the service.
• DW may cancel the service due to a lack of confirmation of original documents.
• It is important to be present at the place shown and at the given time so we do not have to wait longer. The customer will have to pay more for us to wait longer.
• The services we provide are of different types, so the time taken in those are also different.
• The time which we give is fixed, and we can wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after that.
• It is necessary to confirm the original documents.
• To get the service of DW, you need to get your original documents verified.
• The benefit of the service will be available only when you keep your original documents and ID proof with you.
• If the verification of the original documents fails, then the service will be canceled.
• True copy; Service will not be provided if there are no original documents.
• If there is any tampering in the original document, then making a true copy will not be possible.

Registration work

• The registration work will be in the sub-registrar office adjoining the area fixed by the government.
• We do not take any responsibility for the Jantri rate.
• Documents wale will not be liable for any stamp duty rate correction. The stamp duty rate will be as per govt. rules and regulations.

Pan Card

• To make a PAN card, it is necessary to have an Aadhaar card
• The way the name and date of birth are written in the Aadhaar card, the same information will come in the PAN card.

Other Terms

• Many of our services like consultancy service, the customer will have pay full payment.
• Full Payment is mandatory before any of our services are completed.
• The courier will be given only to the person booking the service.
• The courier company has all the responsibility.
• Once the document courier is removed from our office, we do not take any responsibility.
• We do not take responsibility for Courier Company in any way.
• We do not have any deal with the customer or courier company or any right or wrong work in any way or any comment and service.
• Courier service will be available at the postal address given by the customer.
• Please check at our office and courier office when courier returns.
• If for any reason, there is a circumstance of re-sending the courier, then the customer will have to pay the charges. The customer will have to pay for the service as soon as this confirmation is done. This service payment is non-refunded
• Payment will be made while ensuring the service.
• The customer will have to pay for the service as soon as the service is confirmed.
• We take cash and online payments.
• Advance payment is mandatory in door-to-door service.

• We will proceed with the service only after getting the confirmation of the draft. The draft will be updated only once.
• Only the person who booked the service can cancel the service.
• If DW has any doubts or hesitations, DW can cancel the service.
