1. Id proof of all trustees (Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Driving Licence).
2. Trustee’s pan card photocopy.
3. Passport size photo of all trustees.
4. Id proof (Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Driving Licence) of two witnesses.
5. Passport size photo of two witnesses.

• Trust agenda/ purpose is required.
• List of Social benefits of the trust.
• If the place of office is on rent, a rent agreement is also required.
• In the case of an office, if the place is one of the trustee’s property, then a consent letter of the owner is a must.

Documentswale mentioned price includes: (Drafting of Documentation, Printing, e-stamp paper or franking of Rupees 300/-, Handling & Courier Charges.) 

– Our estimated Service time for delivery is between 24 hours to a max 48 hours.

– If the client needs e-stamp paper or franking, having a value of Rupees more than 300/- then the price will be adjusted accordingly.

– We have our own formats for the drafting of documents. But in case, if clients wish to provide their own format, our team will verify the legality of the content we can proceed further for drafting in case of no issue of legality. With the drafting of client format, per page Rupees, 30/- will be chargeable.

– In case of any queries from the client, regarding documentation or drafting, our team member will try to coordinate as soon as possible and will try to resolve the queries in an expedited manner.

Note: The stamp duty rate will be as per govt. rules and regulations. Documentswale will not be liable for any stamp duty rate correction.

For door-to-door Services:

The client will need to pay the stamp duty charges and 50% of service charges in advance. The remaining 50% will be charged during the delivery of documents.
