Professional Tax and Gumastadhara Registration
- Applicant ID Proof ( Aadhaar Card/ Passport/Election Card/etc).
- Tax bill of Property (Shop/Showroom).
- Property details (Owner Index Copy).
- Rent Agreement if Applicant is a Tenant
- Applicant Passport size photo (4 photos required).
- Applicant resident Tax Bill (in case if the applicant is tenant).
- Pvt. Ltd. company Gumasta Dhara License.
- M O U on company latter pad ( designation and work etc details ) required.
- In the case of a partnership, Partnership Deed is required.
- Partner PAN card (is a must).
- Partners ID proof (Aadhaar card/election card/etc).

– Our estimated Service time for file Preparation/Submission is between 24 hours to a max 48 hours.
– We have our own formats for the drafting of documents. But in case, if clients wish to provide their own format, our team will verify the legality of the content we can proceed further for drafting in case of no issue of legality. In case of the drafting by client’s format, per page 80/- rupees will be chargeable.
– In case of any queries from the client, regarding documentation or drafting, our team member will try to coordinate as soon as possible and will try to resolve the queries in an expedited manner.
In case of delay in providing the required documents, service will be canceled.
