For Witness Affidavit:

• Id proof of two witnesses. (Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Driving Licence)
• Passport size photo of two witnesses.

For Priest Affidavit:

• Id proof of priest. (Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Driving Licence)
• Passport size photo of the priest.

For Wedding Card Affidavit:

• Marriage photo.
• Husband and Wife Id proof. (Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Driving Licence)
• Priest Id proof. (Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Driving Licence)

• For marriage Wedding Card Affidavit (Marriage Date / Marriage Place) Generally use for marriage proof.

Documentswale mentioned price includes: (Drafting of Documentation, Printing, e-stamp paper or franking of Rupees 50/-, Handling & Courier Charges.) 

– Our estimated Service time for delivery is between 24 hours to a max 48 hours.

– If the client needs e-stamp paper or franking, having a value of Rupees more than 50/- then the price will be adjusted accordingly.

– We have our own formats for the drafting of documents. But in case, if clients wish to provide their own format, our team will verify the legality of the content we can proceed further for drafting in case of no issue of legality. With the drafting of client format, per page Rupees 30/- will be chargeable.

– In case of any queries from the client, regarding documentation or drafting, our team member will try to coordinate as soon as possible and will try to resolve the queries in an expedited manner.

Note: The stamp duty rate will be as per govt. rules and regulations. Documents wale will not be liable for any stamp duty rate correction.

For door-to-door Services:

The client will need to pay the stamp duty charges and 50% of service charges in advance. The remaining 50% will be charged during the delivery of documents.
