  • It is necessary to provide the required documents for the valuation of the property.

Documentswale mentioned price includes: (Drafting of Documentation, Printing, Government Fees, Handling & Courier Charges.) 

– Our estimated Service time for delivery is between 24 hours to a max 48 hours.

– We have our own formats for the drafting of documents. But in case, if clients wish to provide their own format, our team will verify the legality of the content we can proceed further for drafting in case of no issue of legality. With the drafting of client format, per page Rupees 80/- will be chargeable.

– In case of any queries from the client, regarding documentation or drafting, our team member will try to coordinate as soon as possible and will try to resolve the queries in an expedited manner.

Note: The stamp duty rate will be as per govt. rules and regulations. Documents wale will not be liable for any stamp duty rate correction.

In case of delay in providing the required documents, service will be canceled.

For door-to-door Services:

The client will need to pay 70% of service charges in advance. The remaining 30% of the service charges will have to be paid during the delivery of documents.
